Industrial Paint Shop Supervisor
Duncan-Lynch Ltd is an established sub-contract manufacturer based in Finchampstead is looking for a hands-on paint shop supervisor.
This is an opportunity for the right person to supervise an expanding paint shop and silk screen shop to be sited in its own unit with new equipment.
Required skills and ideal experience:-
- Various Wet Spraying Processes
- Powder Coating
- Stove Enamelling
- Ideally a knowledge of silk screening
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Overseeing the daily operations
- Supervision of a small team
- Base IT for process works orders
- Recognise and control customer’s quality expectations
- Health and Safety requirements
