The Role:
As part of a major transformation programme for its global FM Customer we our seeking a senior facilities management professional to help advise and drive business transformation, enabled through computer aided facilities management (CAFM), through areas of the FM value chain.
From advising on (CAFM) requirements, FM business process re-engineering, organisational change management and rollout of a new CAFM platform into existing FM contracts, the successful applicant will provide SME advice and direction through the programme delivery. Knowledge of FM service delivery and value chain is essential from the contract customer, through contact service and FM business processes.
Experience:
-10-15 years of Experience and understanding of facilities management business processes
-Knowledge of FM BI, MI and reporting requirements
-Detailed understanding of the FM service delivery value chain
-Detailed knowledge of Hard and Soft FM service delivery
-Knowledge of FM contracts and contractual procedures, including PFI
-Experience with FM CRM and CAFM software applications (IBM Tririga and Maximo experience a distinct advantage)
-Implementation experience of CAFM a distinct advantage
-1st hand experience in facilities management from a leading FM provider
