Auto Door & Shutter Engineer
Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a well established and reputable Door and Shutter company based in Stoke, now looking to add to their team.
This well known and respected client are an industry leader in the door and shutter manufacturing industry, operating an installation and service departments throughout the UK.
Offering a comprehensive product portfolio including Automatic doors, Industrial Doors, Roller Shutters, sectional doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles, the company pride themselves not only offer a competitively priced product of very high quality, but also offer exceptional customer delivery via their fully trained and specialist installation and service teams.
The Role;
* Covering an area 30 miles of Stoke on Trent, day to day duties will vary to include the installation, Service, Maintenance and repair of:
* Automatic doors, Industrial Doors, Roller Shutters, sectional doors, gates, barriers, turnstiles and more.
* Operating with clients from high end domestic through to larger blue chip commercial organisations, it is essential you are happy working with and alongside other engineers, and happy in a forward thinking customer facing role.
* You will also participate in an emergency call out rota, offering a 24/7 call out facility one week in 6 or 7.
The Candidate:
* Electrical qualifications such as 17th edition preferable, but not essential.
* Auto Door qualifications including EN16005 preferable, as is any other manufacturers training such as CAME, BPT, BFT, FAACVE etc.
* Minimum 3 years experience working with the Doors, Gate & Barrier industries
* Live within a 30 mile radius of stoke on Trent
* Full UK driving licence
Package:
* Up to GBP15.00 per hour basic salary
* 08:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Overtime paid at time and a half, or double on Sundays and Bank hols
* Call out 1 in 6 (paid at preferential rates)
* Company van and tools provided
* Pension
* Other company benefits to be discussed
