This specialist care provider is looking for Male & Female Support workers with vacancies for both day staff and night staff. This provider, based in Colchester is a supported living service that supports young adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviour and Complex needs.

They strive to promote independence, self-esteem and person cantered care to provide support to their service users that respects their own choices, values and preferences. They currently have several vacancies for support workers due to a recent expansion.

They pay £8.50 per hour for individuals with an NVQ/QCF in health and social care

Desirable qualifications and attributes:
- Experience with Autism and challenging behaviour
- Relevant qualification such as Care Certificate or Health and Social Care NVQ/QCF
- Current UK Driving license
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, caring nature
- Team player
- Experience of lone working desirable

They Pay from £8.00 - £9.00 per hour depending on experience and qualification. This is excluding their £500 annual bonus!
