Excellent opportunities have now arisen for three Multi Trade Skilled Operatives to join us to cover London and the surrounding area.

Reporting to the Area Repairs Supervisor, you will work as part of a team and will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of reactive and planned property repairs, maintenance and void works on privately owned and social housing properties.  This will include plumbing, carpentry, decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring etc.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have the ability and skills to carry out a wide variety of reactive repairs, maintenance, void and planned works. With substantial experience of using the above-mentioned skills, you will possess a trade qualification and will have demonstrable experience as a multi trader.

Due to the nature of this role, you should possess a valid full driving licence and will be able to participate in emergency service involving working outside normal hours as and when required.
