With a genuine passion for good food and impressive knowledge, this is a rare chance to work for a unique and prestigious organisation. You'll be based at a residential training centre near Portsmouth, preparing great food for up to 170 covers for each meal.
To join, you'll need recognised qualifications such as C&G 706/1&2 or NVQs Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Catering, along with extensive experience. You'll have a background of working in hotels and restaurants, or contract catering and the Armed Forces. Flexible and dedicated, you'll support an established team - becoming a valuable member of staff.
42 hours (Mon-Fri), including two evenings and occasional weekend overtime.
25+ days' holiday, excellent pension scheme, uniform, gym and paid lunch break.
