Book keeper
We are a small but expanding firm of Accountants in Leicester. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hardworking book keeper in a busy office, on a temporary to permanent basis. Both pay and hours are negotiable. Previous experience of working in an Accountancy firm is desired.
Essential attributes:
- A self-motivated individual who is able to work accurately and to deadlines while providing exceptional service to clients
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Experienced user of sage line 50
- Great attention to detail
- A good team player
- Proactive and ability to use own initiative
- Had experience in working in a fast paced environment
Duties will include:
- Invoice processing and entry
- Vat Returns
- An ability to prepare accounts to Trial Balance stage is essential
- Ensuring compliance with all VAT matters
- Identifying points for management to raise with clients
