We are now recruiting for a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager to lead the team at Wesley House Private Day Nursery in Bradford on a full time and permanent basis.

Just Childcare is an established group of Private Day Nurseries. Educated to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development (or equivalent) and with recent Early Years managerial experience, as the successful applicant your key responsibility is to manage the provision of the nursery ensuring that all staff and relevant stakeholders work together to provide high quality care in a safe, secure and caring environment. Promoting growth and development, whilst consistently upholding the standards of the nursery ensuring that together we conform to and exceed the requirements of Ofsted. You will provide professional leadership with the confidence to supervise and coach, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties whilst monitoring and encouraging their learning and development.
