Personal Injury Paralegal
ALLIANCE LAW SOLICITORS* - PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator/Paralegal to join our law firm. You will be dealing with Claimant PI cases on the MOJ Portal and matters which have also fallen off the MOJ Portal. You will be dealing with all 3 stages of the MOJ portal, obtaining medical reports, liaising with clients, disclosing reports and attempting to reach settlement or issuing cases in line with company expectations. You may also be required to attend court.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who shares over 8 months experience of handling a caseload of Personal Injury files.
You will be required to prioritising tasks and work to deadlines to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients while providing excellent levels of customer service.
You are required to have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent term and possible prospects of a *Training Contract* subject to conditions.
