Introduction:
My client is a global company who are rapidly becoming one of the most recognised names within the travel and Leisure industry. My client is selling a brand new product to the hotel sector, they have recently opened a new office in London and are rapidly expanding.

The Company:
Despite being fairly new within the travel and leisure sector my client is a global company who are rapidly becoming one of the most recognised names offering a new, exciting as well becoming an demand product. It would be only fair to say my client is rapidly growing and going from strength on strength.

The Role:
As a customer service advisor you will on hand to support and assist all hotels and the hotel guests with a variety of enquiries via inbound calls and emails. You will also be required to update the in house report system to with all enquires.
This will be a fast and energetic position so you will need to proactive and organised

The Candidate:
This will be a fast and energetic position so you will need to proactive and organised. Ideally you will be able to speak and write in English and French or English and Mandarin.
The ideal candidate will be from the travel and leisure industry and be looking to progress with their working career.
