Senior DevOps Engineer/Linux System Administrator

Senior DevOps Engineer/Linux Systems Administrator required to join an excellent organisation based in either their Brighton or Reading offices.

As the Senior DevOps Engineer you will be an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Engineer with a strong commercial background in cloud based technologies (AWS/Azure). You will be skilled working in an environment with a mix of cloud providers, linux distributions, enterprises and Switches and Routers as well having an excellent understanding of automation and Scripting for continuous integration and deployment. You'll have experience of working with both Microsoft and Java-based stack.

You'll need to have a strong knowledge of Windows/Powershell/Linux Perl and at least 4 year's commercial experience of administering Linux Servers (Ubuntu/Debian). Excellent database skills - preferably PostgreSQL and/or MySQL. Experience of utilising cloud for provisioning, management and scaling is also essential. Knowledge of programming languages like Python, PHP, Javascript, HTML.
