Risk & Compliance Manager - Hertfordshire
Client is an Hertfordshire based Insurer currently looking for a Compliance Manager. The offices are located a short drive away from Luton, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead and the role does offer flexible working arrangements
Client is looking for a Compliance Manager to join them at an exciting time of growth. You will be responsible for taking the lead in the full design and implementation of a Compliance framework and then effectively embedding this into the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain the Company compliance framework and ensure appropriate governance
Ensure the Company complies with all the Insurance regulatory requirements
Take ownership for the Company regulatory training and competence programme
Own, maintain and develop the Company breach, complaints and incident reporting
Own, maintain and develop the Company compliance policies and procedures
This is an excellent opportunity for Compliance candidates to gain hands on Compliance advisory and policy experience. If you have been 3 - 10 years' experience this is an excellent stepping stone to senior management / CF10 role.
This role will also give you exposure to risk management and experience of recruiting a small team.
General Insurance experience is a must and the client does not offer visa sponsorship.
