Our client is the largest family owned leasing and fleet management provider in the UK.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent customer service and administration skills to join their Customer Support team as Fleet Administrator.
What will you be doing?
As Administrator, your role will be varied and no two days will be the same. You will be dealing with clients, their drivers and suppliers, to ensure the company maintain their outstanding levels of customer service. You will be:
• Dealing with Fines and London Congestion Charge payments
• Foreign Travel Applications
• Processing Fuel Card Requests and adding & removing Vehicles/Drivers from Insurance
• Driver Authorisations and internal Database Administration
• Dealing with Driver Enquiries and email management (via dedicated team inbox)
• Parking Permits & Dart Charge Payment
About you
• For this position interpersonal, organisational and exceptional customer service skills are essential
• Must have a great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills enabling them to successfully liaise with people at all levels
• Whilst knowledge of a Fleet environment would be beneficial, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important
