Business Manager or candidates from a Banking, Finance / Financial Services, Insurance, Retail Sales Management or with an Account Management background that has excellent people skills with some sales experience that can work to a high level of accuracy is required to sell finance and insurance products to customers for one of the country’s fastest growing, High-End Used Motor Vehicle Dealerships opening soon in the Birmingham, West Midlands area.

SALARY: £45,000 OTE (Includes Basic Salary + Commission) + Company Car

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Previous motor trade industry experience would be highly desirable. Although not essential. However, you will need excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and have the confidence to present financial and insurance based products in conjunction with the customer’s car purchase.

This job would suit an existing Business Manager that has experience of working within a busy Motor Vehicle Dealership or a Car Sales Executive looking for career progression. However, the Company has also successfully recruited for similar roles at their other branches from the following areas: Banking, Finance / Financial Services, Insurance, Retail Sales Management, Account Managers, and many other such roles.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Manager or candidates from a Banking, Finance / Financial Services, Insurance, Retail Sales Management or with an Account Management background that have excellent people skills with some sales experience that can work to a high level of accuracy.

Working as the Business Manager you will liaise closely with the Car Sales Executives, ensuring customers are presented with a range of Finance and Insurance products when purchasing their car.

As the Business Manager you will understand all aspects of Finance and Insurance sales (training provided) and will complete all relevant paperwork accurately in accordance with legal requirements, whilst delivering exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Previous Motor Trade Industry experience preferred. Although not essential
