Priding themselves on their traditional home cooked food made using fresh locally sourced produce, our client is a popular, family run hotel based in the historic market town of Garstang.
They are currently seeking a second Chef for their busy restaurant.
The role
As all food is made on site and the Chef must be able to cook to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include:
• Food preparation
• Menu design
• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
• Adhering to health and safety policies
What you’ll need
• Previous proven experience of preparing and presenting food to a high standard
• Well-rounded skills to make dishes from scratch
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Flexibility with working hours
Suitable skills/experience: Chef, Chef de Partie, Professional Chef, Commis Chef, Sous Chef, Experienced Chef
