On offer is the exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Junior Client Relationship Manager.
The Junior Client Relationship Manager acts as a primary business contact for our clients; finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet their needs. You would then be responsible for providing clear, accurate and relevant information to our project team.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and helping the company meet current and future customer needs. You will maximize sales opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process where necessary.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate at all levels, be a strong negotiator and have the ability to take the lead. You will need to be flexible as there may be travel involved. Experience working within the IT or financial services industry would be highly advantageous.
