Lead Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Lead Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

Responsible for production of Providers Works Schemes Initial Target Prices and Final Targets Prices in line with the schedule of rates for the ASC contract.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Educated to degree standard (Civil Engineering qualification)
• Ability to manage develop subordinates
• Good business/commercial awareness
• Committed to partnering & integration
• Must be self-motivated & hard working
