Site Supervisor (Formwork)

Position: Site Supervisor (Demonstrator)
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour

The Site Supervisor Role:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Demonstrator) to assist customers with practical guidance on how best to utilise formwork and falsework equipment in a safe and efficient manner, and to provide customers with practical solutions.

This Site Supervisor role will report directly into the Engineering Manager and will be multi-site based with daily travel around the UK to visit client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support
• Training for construction staff
• Demonstrate the products
• Carry our site inspections
• Dealing with customer complaints and make recommendations for product development

The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate must be able to read instructions from drawings, interpret build capability, demonstrate practical solutions by building/dismantling/demonstrating and training others in formwork/falsework, knowledgeable in (RAMS) and have a full appreciation of Health & Safety on site.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in erecting & dismantling forming and shoring systems (essential)
• Experience in customer & site liaisons (essential)
• Ability to demonstrate & train others
• Site experience and CSCS card (distinct advantage)
