Courier Logistics have an exciting opportunity for 2x Warehouse Operatives with FLT licence to join our growing team based at our depot in Bradford. Working on a part time (20 hours per week), permanent basis, as our Warehouse Operative you will receive a competitive salary of £8.00 per hour.

Warehouse Operative Objectives
- To load and unload freight in a safe and secure manner in line with APC and Pallet Track policies and procedures
- To sort and label freight in line with APC/Pallet Track policies and procedures
- To maintain good housekeeping practices in and around the depot
- To present at all times a smart and professional attitude to the customer
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative would include:
Key Role
- Safe, efficient and secure sortation of freight on and off vehicle
- Loading/Unloading of freight from trunks without damage to goods or vehicles
- Sortation and labelling of freight in line with APC/Pallet Track policies and procedures
- The use of Courier Logistics handling equipment including FLT's and pump trucks in line with operating procedures and only when trained and qualified to do so
- Adherence to manual handling techniques
- Compliance with Courier Logistics Health and Safety policy to maintain safety to yourself and others
- Assisting in maintaining good housekeeping standards in and around the depot
- Reporting of accidents
- Courier Logistics policies and procedures to be adhered to at all times
Health and Safety
- Snap Shot Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of work to be undertaken at all times
- Reporting of breakages and spillages
- Reporting of Health and Safety hazards
Our ideal Warehouse Operative:
To be considered for this role you must have a FTL licence.
Working Hours:
Morning shift: 05.30-08.30 – Tuesday to Saturday, or
Afternoon shift: 15.00-19.00 – Monday to Friday
In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £8.00 plus 22 days holiday per year pro rata plus statutory holidays.
