Branch Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to work at National Plastics  (part of Epwin Group) at our Newcastle  branch.

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager and will need to demonstrate trade counter  experience  in the PVC building products or general building/construction sectors.  The ability to manage staff and build strong customer relationships is essential.

Key Accountabilities

• Driving sales and profitability Quoting and selling of the PVC product range to customers
• Managing cash, banking and payment schemes in accordance with company procedure and policies.
• Liaising and utilising support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required at all times observing authorisation levels set.
• Managing daily delivery and dispatch process and ensuring correct routing
• Ensuring invoices, sales orders and credit notes are entered onto the system within a set time frame

Key experiences and qualifications

• Must have excellent sales, communication and organisational skills
• Self-motivated and driven PC Literate
• Previous sales experience in a branch environment
• Knowledge and experience within the UPVC window, cellular and composite door or wider construction industries would be an advantage.
