HGV Technician/Fitter (Municipal Fleet Services)
Location – Selby, Yorkshire
Salary £30 - £33K per annum, negotiable
Permanent – Full Time
A Vehicle and fuel supplied for travel to and from work.
Our client has been providing a wide range of valuation and disposal services for over 20 years. They are a UK based specialist appraisal and valuation practice with headquarters in Central Scotland and offices and secure storage premises throughout the UK.
Their team members have a wealth of experience in the appraisal of plant & machinery assets on behalf of Asset Based Lenders, Insolvency Practitioners and a wide range of companies, governments and statutory bodies. Their work includes providing ABLs and IPs with professional advice and services to assist with the management and if necessary, disposal of the assets and providing companies with general advice for accounting purposes as well as specific work for acquisitions, disposals, floatation, management buyouts and company take-overs.
The successful applicant will carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to municipal vehicles. The work will be varied and include:
- Servicing
- Fault finding
- Repairs
- MOT preparation
- Vehicle inspections
- Completion of all relevant paperwork
A full UK driving licence is required plus HGV Class 2.
