To provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing team, liaising with customers and the sales team and ensuring that marketing material, sales documentation and customer records are maintained in a timely manner and to a high quality standard.
- Customer liaison. Responding to customer enquiries, via the phone, email or in person.
- Liaising with the sales team to arrange appointments.
- Creating and sending emails, newsletters, quotations, and proposals as required. Handling queries as they arise, or else forwarding on within the business as appropriate.
- Attending sales meetings with prospective customers, either at their site or at the business offices
- Creating and accurately maintaining customer records and documentation.
- Coordinating product orders and deliveries.
- Preparing customer documentation for project completion.
- Coordinating and maintaining website, social media and marketing material as required
- Business development activity, identifying and researching potential business opportunities.
