As a Continuous Testing Practitioner, DevOps EMEA (Presales Advisor) for Continuous Testing / AppDev solutions, you will be responsible for supporting Sales cycles in complex and/or challenging strategic Enterprise accounts by establishing trusted advisor relationships and presenting solutions in a consultative fashion. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Continuous Testing solutions and seen as a thought-leader in the DevOps industry by hosting and contributing to industry events and with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Advance strategic sales cycles through insight driven conversations, executive presentations, and consultative workshops Deliver prescriptive guidance and thought leadership to help customers through their digital transformation Develop and maintain credibility and foster relationships with client and key decision-makers by leveraging previous customer success stories to build CA brand awareness Proactively engage on social media to provide thought leadership, write blogs, white papers and promote CA's brand Own and lead technical activities such as POCs by providing oversight and guidance to local presales teams Facilitate webinars, hackathons, meet-ups, user groups, and other demand generation activities Develop and deliver Sales and Presales enablement programs and content around technical initiatives and programs, key use cases, industry trends, and customer success stories This position will also provide thought leadership, generate demand through evangelization, competitive intelligence, and lead strategic demand generation campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
Must have in-depth experience of Testing and Software Development solutions, gained in a Presales capacity Previous experience ideally gained with DevOps, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Testing tools, Test Data Management, Agile, Mobile Application Development, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and/or Application Development software solutions Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions Comfortable engaging with and presenting to C-suite decision makers and at industry related events Passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service Strong business acumen Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field or equivalent training in business or account management
