The role & the Company:
Our client is a trade association for pharmacy professionals in the UK and is seeking to hire a part-time (21 hours) Member Liaison Officer on a permanent basis to help manage and develop its commitment to customer focus excellence.

The purpose of the role is to act as the first point of contact for all learning and development enquiries, providing efficient and effective level of Member and Non-Member engagement and customer service.

Skills & experience
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner face to face and on the telephone. You will be able to display a `can do` attitude, even in demanding situation and work with minimal supervision using own initiative, but also be a supportive and effective team member. You will have good computer skills with strong working knowledge of using Word, Excel and Outlook as well as experience with database maintenance.

Contract type: Permanent
Contracted hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Benefits:  25 days holiday (rising to 28 after 3 years` service), Cash plan healthcare scheme, Pension 5% contribution
