Are you an enthusiastic graduate looking to kick-start your career? Want to take on an exciting role where you can increase your experience, meet a variety of people and help them to achieve their full potential? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Premium Credit is the leading insurance premium finance company in the UK and Ireland. We are now looking for a Product Trainer to join our team, working across Scotland, for a six month contract where there is the possibility to take on a permanent position.

As a Product Trainer, you’ll be joining a newly created training function that has been developed for the launch of a new product. You will provide training and support to Insurance Brokers throughout your territory and show them how to fully utilise Premium Credit’s systems.

For the first two weeks of your role, you’ll be based in our modern offices in Leatherhead (don’t worry - we’ll take care of the hotel costs) to bring you up to speed on how we work.

You’ll have the chance to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and (initially) carry out training alongside skilled Performance Managers to ensure that you succeed in your role.

Once you’ve completed your induction, you’ll create and deliver training programmes to up-skill Brokers, delivering training to both groups and on a one-to-one basis.

Specifically, your duties will involve:

- Using data to identify Broker underperformance
- Delivering both ‘off the shelf’ and tailored support via multiple channels
- Helping to develop a library of training modules and train-the-trainer activities within the Sales Team
- Visiting our offices in Leatherhead once a month

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you will need a degree (or equivalent). Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are also key.

Articulate, passionate and people-focused, as a Product Trainer, you will be an adept multi-tasker who is able to work collaboratively with all partners of the business to deliver the best results.

Ideally, you’ll have training experience, but this is by no means essential. Previous sales experience would also be an advantage.

This is a brilliant opportunity to challenge yourself in an engaging role and contribute to the training offering of a progressive business. If you’re looking to start your career as part of a determined and talented team, apply today.
