Part time Receptionist
Shepton Vets are looking for a part time receptionist to join their small animal department, based in Shepton Mallet.
The main duties of the role include:
- Answering the phone and making client appointments
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Maintaining up to date client records
- Processing customer payments
- Other customer service duties as required
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role and be a confident computer user. Full training will be provided but experience of working within a veterinary practice would be desirable.
This is a part time position working every; Monday 1.30pm -5.30pm, Wednesday 1.30pm -6.30pm, Friday 1.30pm - 6.30pm and Saturday 9am -12pm.
