Nursing Home Manager
£50,000 per annum
Oxfordshire
We are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager for a beautifully presented medium sized nursing home located near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. The home provides care services to older adults as well as a specialist unit dedicated to residents with Dementia.
With the full support of the company directors the Home Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, as well as longer term strategic business planning. You and your Deputy will lead the nursing and care teams and the duties will include marketing of the home, care planning, assessing clients requirements and liaising with external bodies to ensure the home runs effectively.
The home holds a fantastic CQC rating and is only looking to recruit due to the current manager retiring.
Applicants must hold a current NMC registration, either RGN or RMN, and have previous management experience within a residential care setting, either as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager. You will need excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a flexible approach to management.
