Salary: GBP14,000 to GBP16,000

OUTBOUND TELESALES/LEAD GENERATOR - GENERATING LEADS AND MANAGING DATA EFFECTIVELY
We are recruiting for an Outbound Telesales/Lead Generator to join our Sales team at a successful software company. This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to develop your skills and progress into a Business Generator/Business Development Manager position.
The Role
Working closely with the Sales team as an Outbound Telesales/Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating cold and warm leads for Vacancy Filler. The role requires you to take responsibility of the leads, ensuring the data is accurate in our CRM and provide Business Development Managers and Business Generation consultants with up to date and correct contact details to call. Initiating a level of interest in our product with prospects and passing leads over to the Sales team to help them generate business will also be a priority for you on a day-to-day basis.
This role would ideally suit a person who has a keen interest in Sales and Business Generation and wants to work for a forward-thinking, successful software house.
Daily Duties
* Source and add the correct data into the CRM
* Assist Marketing with improving the accuracy of the data to send out email campaigns to existing customers and prospects
* Assist with customer orders by producing leads from volume outbound calls
* Identify decision makers and influencers within your target prospects
* Use social media to generate leads
* Generate leads from industry related news
* Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and customer records are accurate
* Manage inbound/outbound calling in a positive way

* Approachable and open minded to learning new skills
* Well organised
Desired Skills
* You will ideally have experience of outbound telesales and/or Software sales
* Proven experience of lead generation
* Experience using a database/ CRM
