Regulatory Change Consultant
Compliance SME required to join a large regulatory change business transformation programme, providing support to our North West based consumer finance client.
Duties will include;
* Facilitate and drive the review of regulatory risk & control assessments
* Work closely with Heads of Monitoring & Advice to keep abreast of compliance related activities, providing recommendations for improvement
* Identify regulatory training needs within the business
* Receive and challenge regulatory MI
* Co-ordinate breach reporting process
Experience required;
* Demonstrable ability to communicate at senior manager level
* Recent regulatory change experience
* Must have recent in depth knowledge of the consumer credit act and CONC handbook
* First class stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
