Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a confident, IT savvy person who can read engineering drawings to act as a Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- preparing quotes
- enter new enquiries into the system
- to check that the order received corresponds to the quote in order to ensure there is agreement on specification, prices, and delivery time
- prepare statistical information for the commercial department
- assist with the training of any new members of the commercial department.

Skills needed:

- Numeracy, calculation skills
- I.T. Skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experiences in manufacturing commercial environment
- Ability to cope with changing circumstances and meet deadlines
