My client, a leading M&E sub contractor, are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
They provide mechanical and electrical services in the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors.
My client provide installation of electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarms, intruder alarms, data and telecoms and mechanical installations including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and specialist services such as photovoltaics, air source heat pumps, other renewables and steam.
They offer full design and are an Approved Contractor for the NICEIC and are members of the Gas Safe Register.
They require an experienced PM with a mechanical bias to join the team and head up one of a number of projects set to start in July. Projects generally have a value of circa £1m and you will generally be responsible for no more than one job at any time. Duration of projects is in the region of 4-12 months.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- Time Served trade and supervisory experience
- Contractually aware
- Ability to produce RAMS
