They are looking for a candidate who has yet to settle on a clear career path since leaving education.

- This person will have some work experience albeit the substance of the experience is not important.
- This person will be able to demonstrate to us at interview a high level of confidence and communication skills that point towards a potential to sell.
- This person will be fully competent on all aspects of I.T. including basic web design for updating purposes, social media for promotion and general software packages.
- This person will be prepared to start at the bottom and work through the various stages of the process that will lead to them becoming a potential award winning designer with a salary to match.
- This person will have a full driving licence
