We are looking for a confident and outgoing individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Our client is a prestigious car dealership based on the outskirts of Exeter, who are looking for a Receptionist to cover Weekends on an ongoing temporary basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for customers and guests and welcoming them in a friendly and polite manner.
• Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the correct contact.
• Checking emails throughout the day and responding accordingly.
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
• Assisting with any administrative duties and providing support to the sales team.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Available to work weekends and bank holidays at short notice.

Key skills and attributes:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident when speaking to customers.
• Well presented and take pride in appearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Remain organised and keep on top of any outstanding duties.
• A real team player with a consistent 'can do' attitude.
