We are curently recruiting for a client based in Northampton. They are looking for a permanent Secretary/Administrator.

 

You will support the Account Managers in the answering of all incoming calls and assisting them with all their administrative needs. Identifying and ensuring various needs of the company are met whilst ensuring a smooth and professional day to day business operation.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


•       Inbound Calls: transferring to relevant Account Manager or taking down accurate information to provide a call back if Account Manager is unavailable

•       Typing Financial Proposal

•       Preparing Financial Quotes for Account Managers

•       Raising Financial Paperwork

•       Using various online systems to submit finance applications

•       Updating CRM System

•       Filing client information

•       Ordering Office Supplies

 

•       Post Duties – You will need to be able to drive as you will need to travel to the post office daily (they will claim mileage to cover the costs)


Skills and Personal Qualities:


•       Good Communication Skills, both oral and written

•       Self-motivation and initiative

•       Excellent time management

•       Ability to multi-task and prioritise work are a must

•       Excellent Organisation 

•       Literacy, numeracy and IT Skills (minimum to GCSE level)

•       Professional Manner

•       Good Business Sense

•       Excellent attention to detail
