To ensure that we not only meet, but exceed our targets, we're on the lookout for an experienced and driven fundraising leader to take on our newly created role of Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships. This role is based in Glasgow; however flexibility to travel throughout Scotland when needed is a requirement for this role.
Your Mission: To lead a high performing team in the development of plans and successful delivery of a programme of activity to achieve our income generation targets from Grants, Trusts & Foundations, Corporate Fundraising and Major Gift donations.
To take on this exciting opportunity, we'll need you bring:-
* Extensive experience as a leader in a similar fundraising role.
* A proven track record of meeting income targets.
* Experience of inspiring and motivating a high performing fundraising team.
* Knowledge of fundraising planning and budgeting procedures.
* Ability to prepare and present innovative and persuasive reports & presentations.
* Proven project management experience.
