Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator / Credit controller to provide additional support the Group Management Accountant.

Estio Training is a fast growing, specialist IT Apprenticeship Training provider operating throughout the North of England and London.

The position will work within the finance team based in our Finance Support Office in Halifax West Yorkshire

Key accountabilities:

• Weekly production of sales invoices
• Credit Control
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Checking for discrepancies
• Set up and provision of ad hoc monthly reports
• Maintain a strong working relationship with Management Accountant
• Dealing with expense and mileage claims
• Deal with any invoice queries raised both Supplier and Customer
• Other duties as required by the company

The applicant will be a strong user of Excel, have a sound knowledge of basic accounting , and have experience in credit control
