Finance Officer

We are seeking a Finance Officer to support our Finance Director in managing the financial records and controls of our Company. ACI Group Ltd, based in Slough, is a Sales, Marketing and Distribution Company supplying additives, chemicals and ingredients into a wide range of market sectors.

Suitable candidates for this role may be someone seeking a part-time role (~ 30 hours/week), already having at least several years experience working within a finance department, ideally within a SME setting. You will have a good understanding of accounting and business processes, including the preparation of VAT returns. Experience of SAGE 200 will be useful, though training will be provided to the right candidate.

You will play an active part in contributing to the smooth running of our Business. With good verbal and written communication skills, you will be effective at liaising with colleagues at all levels as well as with suppliers and customers, as you will also undertake credit control. As a team player you will enjoy having a hands-on approach and being an integral part of a commercially focused team. With excellent attention to detail, and strong excel skills you must have good numeracy and English literacy skills.

This role is from Monday to Friday. For part-time applicants there is flexibility regarding daily start and finish times.

Salary is GBP20k-GBP25k p.a. (full time equivalent) depending on experience,
plus a performance bonus.
