HRIS Analyst / PM to support new Peoplesoft project implementation - immediate start

The Role

As HR Project Coordinator, you will work with the corporate project team, key stakeholders and third party contractors to support the implementation of a new Peoplesoft HR system. You will co-ordinate the project on behalf of the local HR team with responsibilities including:

• providing administrative / project support to HR and project team
• ensuring info and systems data is accurately transitioned and uploaded
• analyse and contribute to process improvement / HR data-tracking options
• training and troubleshooting on system usage and data integrity issues

The Person

As HRIS Project Coordinator, you will have previous HR software project implementation experience and knowledge of HR Systems ( ideally Peoplesoft ) including:

• good analytical skills, with ability to interpret / analyse data
• ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• strong organisational / communication / interpersonal skills

This role is a contract role for up to 12 months.
