Key Account Manager
The ISCOMI group was founded in 2012, and has grown to be one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. With a global customer and supplier base, and sales through traditional and non-traditional platforms the business is at the forefront of 21st century business.
The group is made up of a number of businesses, which offer a variety of products and services, in differing markets. The business works with consumers, B2B, large corporations and government organizations. Current customers are concentrated mainly in the UK an EU, although there are several outside this area.
Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen to join the team in the role of Key Account Manager.
The role is based in our Gravesend offices, and from time to time some traveling may need to be undertaken to visit customers and accounts, as such a full UK driving license is preferable but not essential.
In the role you will be responsible for sales growth within this innovative and forward thinking business. This would come from both new and existing customers, mainly in the UK but also throughout the EU. This task will be undertaken through a combination of lead generation, cold and warm calling, account management, follow up communication.
You will manage some existing clients, as well as generate your own leads through networking with potential clients and working with other aspects of the business to close deals.
Good written and oral English is essential.
2+ years experience
Proven track record of sales and customer development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong telephone presence, and ability to make high numbers of calls when required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Ability to multi-task
Good time management
Additionally the following skills will be looked upon favorably, but are not essential for the role:-
Verbal and written communication skills in a language other than English
Experience in customer service environments
Full UK Driving License
Experience of B2B telesales, account management or public sector sales is preferred but not essential.
The role is Full Time. Company operating hours are between 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday but the specific hours can be discussed at interview.
Highly competitive rate of pay
Tiered, uncapped commission structure, paid monthly
20 days holiday + public holidays paid per year. Rising to 25 days after 5 years experience
