Project Quantity Surveyor - Dry Lining 
London M25 
Salary up to £65,000 + Car/Allowance + Package + 25 days Holiday + Bonus 
 
An renowned specialist Interiors contractor based near Portsmouth is searching Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Dry Lining division. You will be site based working within the M25 and be responsible for managing up to 4 plastering and dry lining projects at anyone time and must be able demonstrate working with JCT forms of contract. 
You will report to the Commercial Manager based in the head office and you will have a free hand to operate and manage the commercial aspect of project throughout the London area. 
The relevant person will be a commercial savvy and motivated individual with at least 5 years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally from Dry Lining or Interiors sector. 
You will be joining a friendly and supportive business, where the Managing Director take pride in looking after his staff, offering continual professional development holds regular career reviews.
