Commercial Manager - Dry Lining Division
Hedge End, Hampshire
Salary up to £67,000 + Car/Allowance + Package + 25 days Holiday + Bonus
A respected Dry Lining, Cladding and Glazing contractors based in the Hedge End is searching for a Commercial Manager.
You will be joining an award winning subcontractor who operates across three individual areas: Dry Lining, Cladding and Glazing with a group turnover of 35 Million.
You will be working within the dry lining division and will be responsible for managing 3 Quantity Surveyors and will report directly to the Managing Director.
You will also be responsible for running and managing your own projects and will travel to site to control all up steam and downstream financial control.
The relevant person will be a commercial savvy individual and will be looking to take on the responsibility for managing a department and will have at least 8 years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally from a Sub contractor or Main Contractor.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive business, where the Managing Director take pride in looking after his staff, offering continual professional development holds regular career reviews.
