Mortgage Broker - Self Employed - Nationwide Availability

OTE £40,000 - £60,000

This mortgage broker is looking for Mortgage Brokers on a nationwide basis. Regardless of location if you have the credentials, please send your application.

Applicants must have CeMAP level 3 or equivalent.

Brokers will work on a self-employed basis and will be provided with around 10 qualified appointments, per month, in their local area. Brokers who generate their own business will receive a generous uplift on their commission.

They will provide full training on how to best convert your leads and maximise your income. The ability to travel and work flexible hours is required but you will have full control over the hours you work.

They provide full support and training throughout the process from lead conversion to mortgage completion - although self-employed they encourage their team of brokers to network with each other sharing best practice and support.

Their in-house admin team will handle your case and client relations post-application allowing you to focus on new sales and building your pipeline. They also provide full systems and stationery to make the process as streamline and professional as possible, allowing you to submit business compliantly, quickly and efficiently.

Ideal candidates must be willing to learn and adapt, be approachable, organised and self-motivated. Furthermore they should have strong sales experience and understand the importance of good client relations.
