Service / Installation Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business which is a part of Gretsch Unitas GmbH (a truly global brand) which offers excellent service and brilliant products to their clients. The company is based in Stratford Upon Avon and as a result of this growth, they are looking to recruit a Service & Installations Engineer to join the team.

The successful candidate will have a professional and capable approach to their work and must at all times be aware that they are an ambassador for their employer to the client. You will also be trained on their product range. They will consider applicants from other backgrounds.

The role includes the hands-on work of repair, installation and servicing of automatic doors and also the relevant paperwork & reporting in line with company policies & procedures.

A background in automatic doors is desirable but not essential, the job would also suit a person from an electro mechanical background however a switched on, common-sense approach is essential to the role.

Core hours are weekdays, however there may be some requirement for weekend or evening work to allow access to customers sites. You will also be required to be part of the "out of hours callout rota" which is rotates every Monday. Salary is £23000-£27000 basic + Overtime OTE 30k+, + Company Van + uniform + all tools supplied.

Training will be provided on the product range, you will be provided with a company van, uniform, tools and PDA.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
