Trainee Negotiator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Negotiator role based in Coventry CV3.

Our client is a well established Estate Agency in the local area which is held in high regard by the local community.

Looking ideally for someone that may have a little estate agency experience but they don't have to have too much. Drivers license essential as is the flexibility to work on a Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
• Ascertain applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided
• Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensure all viewings are promptly followed up and that the vendor is immediately advised of the details
• Ensure than when an offer is accepted that all administrative duties are attended to and that the sale is actively progressed through to a satisfactory and business like conclusion. Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions

About You:

• Previous Estate Agents experience preferred but not essential
• Drivers license essential
• Able generating new business
• Have a Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
• Highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy Estate Agent Branch
