Domiciliary Care Branch Manager - GBP26000 to GBP28000 per annum depending on experience

Our client is a well-established and successful family owned Care Company which has been delivering high quality care and support across England and Wales from over 19 branches and 15 Extra Care Homes since 2001.

Currently recruiting for a Branch Manager for their Branch in Stafford.

The main responsibilities of the role are to:-

• Manage the day to day delivery of the domiciliary care service to vulnerable adiults
• Registration with CQC
• Promoting a caring environment for Service Users through high standards of professional practice
• Ensuring each Service User receives care appropriate to their needs
• Managing the effective induction, supervision, assessment and on-going training of all staff
• Ensuring compliance with all Company, Local and National Standards
• Overseeing quality assurance ensuring these activities are carried out, monitored, recorded and reported
• Participating in the on-call service where required

Essential Attributes:-

• Previous supervisory/management experience within the Care Sector
• Experience of providing care and support services for vulnerable adults
• Demonstrated success in supporting staff to achieve their responsibilities
• The ability to take ownership of issues and work on own initiative
• Good IT Skills
• A driving licence and own vehicle
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
