Our client is looking to recruit a vibrant and energetic Store Manager to join their team at their new Norwich City Centre Store with a genuine passion for our products and a true appreciation of how to engage with our clients customers. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the store whilst maximising and developing opportunities for business growth in line with our vision.
The ideal candidate will have the potential to effectively lead and develop the store team and will exceed customer's expectations of service excellence through Brand experience and in line with current and future retail trends.
You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to act independently whilst continuing to follow store processes and procedures daily. The successful candidate will have good beer, spirit and wine knowledge as will be required to deliver in-store tasting experiences, private tastings and deliver optimum retail standards.
Driven by success ideal candidates will have a passion for retail, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be sales focused with experience of working in a similar role and environment. Candidates must have a valid UK driving licence.
