Salary: Management Spine 5-9 Salary GBP39,420 - GBP43,855 plus up to 10% PRP
Plus Car allowance GBP4,200
Currently in the fourth successful year delivering education and training in nine prisons and one IRC across the South West, the College is now seeking to employ an outstanding, dynamic and innovative Area Operations Manager to support the Senior Management Team in developing and embedding an innovative, robust curriculum that is delivered to a high standard within each establishment to meet offenders'/detainee's learning needs, improve employability and resettlement prospects and reduce re-offending.
This position is home based and the role would require the successful candidate to visit all prisons in the Weston College Group.
Candidates must have relevant experience within offender learning and a teaching qualification.
