This original yet fashionable food manufacturer is looking to add a passionate Quality improvement Technician to support its permanent team during a very busy period. With fantastic benefits on offer as well as a competitive salary this is a great time to join the company on a fixed term contract basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working within a food or pharmaceutical environment, have Strong organisational and time management skills and more importantly be a good team player.
The Role:
*Creating a momentum for the quality improvement program that delivers measurable improvements in Quality, Health and Safety and Food Safety.
*Balancing multiple projects and progress reporting with a longer term improvement programme for quality.
*Resolving technical enquiries and adapting feedback to suit different end users in marketing, sales and customer services.
*Recording, trending and reporting on customer complaints related to quality.
*Actively engaging with co-packers/suppliers in resolving non-conformances and customer complaints
The Person:
*Experience of delivering a quality improvement program.
*Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality and Health and Safety.
*Experience of working in FMCG and food/ pharmaceutical environment.
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively, attention to detail, able to work on their own initiative.
