Town Planner - Major Applications Officer
Carrington West's dedicated Town and Country Planning Recruitment Team operate UK wide and we are delighted to be assisting our client with their search for a Major Application Officer (DM) to join our client in The Greater Bristol Area on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.
The Role
Working in a busy and bustling authority in the Great Bristol Area, you will be dealing a caseload of Major Planning Applications whilst mentoring and leading more junior team members.
Experience
The client is ideally looking for a qualified Planner with Local Authority experience who is confident to hit the ground running in a busy borough. Ideally you will already have experience working with and processing Major Applications.
Rate is negotiable dependant on Experience - believed to be up to and around GBP40 p/h - Umbrella - Inside IR35
