Our client has become well known for their distinctive and innovative services to 25,000 customers in Bath, Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset. As a housing and support organisation with a strong social conscience, they're not owned by shareholders but work to generate surpluses through commercial activity to re-invest back into their core social purpose.

They know this is a challenging time for the housing sector and they are well-placed to face this. They're looking for a passionate Executive Director with extensive Customer Experience and exceptional leadership skills to drive their digital transformation programme forward and play a significant role in the wider leadership of the organisation.

The Role

Working as part of the Executive Team, the Executive Director - Customer Experience
will make a significant and pro-active contribution to the business, establishing clear standards of service for all key service transactions and managing expectations. You will take responsibility for strategic leadership, articulation and overall management of our client's Customer Experience and Digital Transformation strategies, ensuring they are aligned with their values, vision and priorities and are fit for their future.

You will also lead all landlord and independent living operations, inspiring colleagues to deliver exceptional service standards and ensuring that Curo remains a leading provider of housing, support and regeneration activities for both current and future customers.

The Person

With a relevant professional and / or management qualification, the successful candidate will have a track record of delivering transformation in relation to digital services. You'll bring your outstanding and committed approach to leadership in a customer-facing organisation and you will be able to evidence your successful management of a team at a senior level.

With a commitment to continuous improvement, you will have the ability to lead and manage change, and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding service.
